CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

All Skill Classes at United are 1-hour. We teach a progression system that advances athletes both safely and successfully through our program. We operate all our classes on an 8:1 athlete to coach ratio. Our Intro Program is for 3 to 8 year olds with a smaller athlete to coach ratio of 6:1.

All of our athletes must go through a Skill Evaluation before being placed in a tumbling class. Our evaluation system gives our coaching staff a baseline for an athlete's tumbling skill level, and it ensures your athlete starts in the correct class level. Every athlete in our program has a Skill Progression Tracker which our staff uses to accurately track their progress through our tumbling class levels. Once your athlete has been evaluated, they may sign-up for a Trial Class. Both the Skill Evaluation and Trial Class are free of charge!
